General Registration Dates:

HeartPrints is currently accepting registrations for all our early childhood programs.  All registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Preschool Registration Fees:

• All families must submit a registration fee for each child at the time they submit their registration form.  No forms will be accepted without a registration fee.
• Our new registration fee will be $150.00 per child.  This fee is nonrefundable; however, $100.00 of this fee will be applied to your child’s May tuition.
• Sibling discounts will not apply to registration fees.
• If your child is placed on a waiting list for our 2009-2010 classes, your registration fee will be returned to you and will be payable if and when we have a placement for your child.

Preschool Additional Fees:

• Your child’s first month tuition will be due on or before May 15, 2009.  If you withdraw your child from HeartPrints before July 31, 2009, your first month’s tuition will be refunded.
• An activity fee of $50.00 will also be due on or before May 15, 2009. 
  • The activity fee will cover all costs for field trips, special programs, and/or speech and hearing screenings for the school year. 
  • The fee will cover the cost for one child and one parent to attend each field trip.  Fees for additional family members will be assessed at the time of the trip. 
  • If you withdraw your child from HeartPrints, the activity fee is nonrefundable.

          4 days per week      Monday – Thursday          9:00 – Noon

          5 days per week      Monday – Friday              9:00 – Noon

Afternoons –

          2 days per week      Tuesday/Thursday             1:00 – 4:00 pm

          3 days per week      Mon./Wed./Friday            1:00 – 4:00 pm

          5 days per week      Monday – Friday              1:00 – 4:00 pm

Extensions:

• Morning and afternoon extensions will be offered.
• Morning extensions are from 8:00 – 9:00 am.
• Afternoon extensions are from 4:00 – 5:00 pm.
• Lunch extensions will only be offered to children who are staying all day.

Tuition & Extension Fees:

Tuition rates for the 2009-2010 School Year will be as follows-

2 day preschool =   $200.00 per month

3 day preschool =   $300.00 per month

4 day preschool =   $400.00 per month

5 day preschool =   $500.00 per month

• A 10% discount will be given when two or more siblings are enrolled in HeartPrints' Preschool. 
• A 10% discount will be given to families who choose to pay their child's preschool tuition in full by May 15, 2009.
• Families can choose to recieve either the sibling discount or the payment in full discount.  They cannot receive both discounts.
• A limited number of scholarships are available.  Please contact a member of the staff to receive a scholarship application.

Fees for extensions will remain at the current levels. 

          $5.00 per extension when reserved for the entire year

          $8.00 per extension when reserved by the month
