Summer Camps 2011!

Summer Camp Registration Form

Welcome~

Heart Prints Center for Early Education offers a variety of summer camps for young children. Registration is open to children three to six years old, including children who have just completed kindergarten.  Each camp is carefully designed to spark young children’s imagination and creativity while encouraging them to expand their thinking and problem solving skills.

Our summer camp schedule runs from June 6th – August 12th.  Children arrive at 9:00 AM and stay until 1:00 PM.  Drinks and snacks will be provided by Heart Prints.  Children bring a bag lunch from home.  In packing a lunch for your child, please remember that Heart Prints is a peanut-free environment.

Families may register for one or more camps.  A one-time nonrefundable registration fee of $30.00 per child is required at the time of registration.  This registration fee enables families to enroll for one or more camps.  The registration fee is waived for children who attended Heart Prints Preschool during the 2010/2011 school year.

*The cost of each camp is $160.00 per week/per child.  No sibling discounts apply.

*If you register your child for 4 weeks of camp, you will receive a 5th week of camp free of charge.  Families must register for all 5 camps at one time in order to qualify for this discount.

*The registration fee along with a nonrefundable deposit of $25.00 per child/per camp is required at the time a registration is received.  This $25.00 deposit will be applied to the cost of the camp.

*The balance due on camp fees must be paid on the first day of camp.

*A maximum of twenty-one children will be enrolled in each camp.

Children will have the opportunity to extend from 1:00 to 3:00 PM on certain days.  Only children attending camp that week are able to register for those extensions.  Payment is due the first day of camp for that week.   The cost for this 2 hour extension is $15.00 per child.

Heart Prints is located in the Regional Learning Alliance Building in Cranberry Township, PA.  The center is easily accessible from either Rt. 228 or Rt. 19.  Our 1,500 square foot classroom has been specifically designed to meet the needs of young children with children’s bathrooms, a kitchen, and an attached outdoor play facility.  Our site also has access to a nature trail.
