2010/2011 Program Fees

Registration & Activity Fees

Come Play with Me Registration Fee: 25.00

Preschool Registration Fee: 150.00    

Preschool Activity Fee: 60.00                

  • The registration fee is due at the time your registration form is submitted.  Registration forms will not be accepted without a registration fee.
  • For preschool families, $100.00 of your registration fee will be applied to your May 2011 tuition.
  • The activity fee is due in May 2010 along with your September 2010 tuition.
  • Please note that registration and activity fees are nonrefundable.

1 half day: 75.00 per month    

2 half day: 215.00 per month    

3 half day: 320.00 per month    

4 half day: 425.00 per month    

4 half day  wi/lunch: 525.00 per month    

5 half day: 530.00 per month    

5 half day  wi/lunch: 660.00 per month    

*Please note that for your convenience, our preschool tuitions have been divided into 9 equal payments.  Monthly rates do not vary but remain constant. 

 

Full day preschool programs

 4 half/2 full (M/W or T/TH): 675.00 per month    

4 full days: 915.00 per month    

5 half/3 full (M/W/F): 900.00 per month    

5 full days: 1140.00 per month

Extensions (Available Monday – Thursday)

10.00 flexible rate   OR     8.00 reserved rate          

AM: 8 – 9:00

Lunch: 12-12:45

PM: 4 – 5:00

  • Extensions cannot be subdivided.
  • Families who select a reserved schedule to qualify for the reduced rate, must pay for all reserved dates within the month whether or not their child attends each session.
  • Families will receive an invoice for all extensions after the month is over.  Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

 

Tuition Discounts

10% sibling discount on second child

10% discount if tuition is paid in full by September 1, 2010

  • Families may only use one discount.
  • These discounts do not apply to registration, activity, extension or summer camp fees.

 

K-Plus, PS-Plus and Enrichment Programs

Enrollment in these programs is ongoing.  Information pertaining to current options is available on our website or in our lobby.

 Current preschool families do not pay additional registration fees to participate in these programs.

 

Nondiscrimination in Services Statement:  Admissions, the provisions of services, and referrals of clients shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age, or sex.

Program services shall be made accessible to eligible persons with disabilities through the most practical and economically feasible methods available.  These methods include, but are not limited to; equipment redesign, the provision of aides, and the use of alternative service delivery locations.  Structural modifications shall be considered only as a last resort among available methods.

 

 

Tuition Refund Policy

Preschool Programs:

  • Preschool tuition is payable one month in advance on the first day of the month.

  • A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if tuition is paid after the 1st of the month.

  • During the first six weeks of the school year, tuition will be refunded in full if a child is withdrawn from the preschool.

  • If a child is withdrawn from the preschool during the school year, tuition refunds will be prorated in accordance with the percentage of time the child attends the program during the final month.

  • Tuition paid for summer camp programs is due on the first day of the camp and only refundable if HeartPrints has a student on our waiting list to fill the vacated placement.

  • Preschool and summer camp registration fees are nonrefundable.

  • All requests for a tuition refund must be submitted in writing to the program director.  A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the written request.

  

Special Event Programs:

  • Tuition paid for special event programs is not refundable but will be credited toward another special event program date if HeartPrints has a student on our waiting list to fill the vacated placement.  All credits must be applied during the current school year.

  • Registration fees paid for special event programs are nonrefundable.

  

Evening Care:

  • Evening Care tuition is payable monthly or at the time a child arrives for care.

  • Prepaid tuition is not refundable but will be credited toward another evening of care if an instructor cancels a class.  All credits must be applied during the current school year.

  • A late fee of $10.00/per 30 minutes will be charged if parents arrive late to pick-up their child.

  • Registration fees for evening care are nonrefundable.
