Programs and Tuition Rates

Preschool Tuition Rates:  Morning preschool classes will meet from 9:00 AM - Noon.  Afternoon preschool classes will meet from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.

Preschool Classes & Rates:

2 day          $200.00 per month

3 day          $300.00 per month

4 day          $400.00 per month

5 day          $500.00 per month

Preschool Registration Fees:

      $150 per child 

Scholarship Information:

      10% Sibling Discount when two or more children in one family register

    Need scholarships available upon request

Extended Preschool Policy:

  • In order to better meet the needs of families enrolled in HeartPrints, we will expand the opportunities for families to select extended preschool hours for their children.  Parents may select from the following options:

    Morning extension                 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM              

    Morning preschool                 9:00 - Noon

    Lunch extension                    Noon – 12:45 PM

    Afternoon preschool              1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

    Afternoon extension              4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

     

    • Morning preschoolers may register for the morning and/or lunch extensions. 
    • Morning preschool parents may also register for afternoon preschool and/or the afternoon extension. 
    • Afternoon preschoolers may register for the lunch and afternoon extension.
    • Children will not be released during regular preschool hours.

    The fees for these extensions are as follows:

    Monthly registration              $8.00 per extension/per child

    Yearly registration                  $5.00 per extension/per child

     

    • Registrations for these extensions will be accepted on a monthly or yearly basis only. 
    • Registrations must be for the same day(s) of the week.  Example:  Every Tuesday or every Tuesday and Thursday.
    • No refunds or exchanges will be given if your child is absent.

Come Play with Me Rates:  This class meets on Friday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 AM.  Families pay a tuition of $70.00 per month.

Come Play with Me Registration Fees:  A one-time registration fee of $25.00 per child is required.

K-Plus Rates:  Tuition rates for this class range between $20.00 - $25.00 per session depending on the schedule chosen by families.

K-Plus Registration Fees:  A one-time registration fee of $25.00 per child is required.

PS-Plus Rates:  Tuition rates for this class range between $20.00 - $25.00 per session depending on the schedule chosen by families.

PS-Plus Registration Fees:  A one-time registration fee of $25.00 per child is required.  Current HeartPrints Preschool children are not required to pay a registration fee for this class.

Summer Camp Rates:  A flat rate of $160.00 per week/per child will be charged for summer camps.  Summer camps begin at 9:00 AM and finish at 1:00 PM.

Summer Camp Registration Fees:  A one-time registration fee of $30.00 per child will be charged for summer camps.  Once this registration fee has been paid, a child may be registered for one or more camps.

Current HeartPrints preschool students are exempt from paying the summer camp registration fee.

Special Event Program Rates:  Families registered in either our preschool or evening care programs will be eligible for special event child care programs. The center will offer one week night and one Saturday morning per month of child care.  During the holiday season, we will add additional hours of special event programming. 

Special Event Registration Fees:  There are no registration fees for special event programs.

Evening Care Rates:  A rate of $5.00 per child/ per hour will be charged for evening care.  All children must preregister for evening care.  Evening care is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Mondays through Thursdays.

Evening Care Registration Fees:  A one-time registration fee of $25.00 per family/per calendar year will be charged.

Nondiscrimination in Services Statement:  Admissions, the provisions of services, and referrals of clients shall be made without regard to race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin (including limited English proficiency), age, or sex.

Program services shall be made accessible to eligible persons with disabilities through the most practical and economically feasible methods available.  These methods include, but are not limited to; equipment redesign, the provision of aides, and the use of alternative service delivery locations.  Structural modifications shall be considered only as a last resort among available methods.

 

 

Tuition Refund Policy

Preschool Programs:

  • Preschool tuition is payable one month in advance on the first day of the month.

  • A late fee of $5.00 will be assessed if tuition is paid after the 1st of the month.

  • During the first six weeks of the school year, tuition will be refunded in full if a child is withdrawn from the preschool.

  • If a child is withdrawn from the preschool during the school year, tuition refunds will be prorated in accordance with the percentage of time the child attends the program during the final month.

  • Tuition paid for summer camp programs is due on the first day of the camp and only refundable if HeartPrints has a student on our waiting list to fill the vacated placement.

  • Preschool and summer camp registration fees are nonrefundable.

  • All requests for a tuition refund must be submitted in writing to the program director.  A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the written request.

  

Special Event Programs:

  • Tuition paid for special event programs is not refundable but will be credited toward another special event program date if HeartPrints has a student on our waiting list to fill the vacated placement.  All credits must be applied during the current school year.

  • Registration fees paid for special event programs are nonrefundable.

  

Evening Care:

  • Evening Care tuition is payable monthly or at the time a child arrives for care.

  • Prepaid tuition is not refundable but will be credited toward another evening of care if an instructor cancels a class.  All credits must be applied during the current school year.

  • A late fee of $10.00/per 30 minutes will be charged if parents arrive late to pick-up their child.

  • Registration fees for evening care are nonrefundable.
